Businessman Marc Coucke bought a villa on the Gulf of Knokke for a record price of more than 30 million euros. That writes Time.
Coucke would be the villa in the mundane neighborhood The salt bought a few months ago. With the price of more than 30 million euros, Coucke is improving the real estate record of building contractor Bart Versluys from 2018.
It is a villa on a site of more than 3,000 square meters, including a wide view of the famous golf course. The luxurious building is located in an area where various prominent figures have their domicile, including businessman Jan De Clerck and members of well -known international families such as Adenauer and Brenninkmeijer.
Last year, Coucke sold a penthouse in the Dutch seaside resort of Cadzand for no less than 8 million euros. It was immediately one of the most expensive second stays that was ever sold in the Netherlands. The fact that Penthouse – with 281 square meters of habitable space, four bedrooms and a particularly large terrace with a view of the sea – is part of the Blanke Top – The Residence, near Vierstarshotel De Blanke Top, which was built ten years ago by the Ostend real estate developer Bart Versluys in the Dutch bathing place.
