Longing and bitterness remained in the hearts of close victims of a terrible accident on A1. They cannot bear the fact that the main suspect is not in the country. The prosecutor’s office wants to present to Sebastian Majtczak (34 years old) allegations, but the Lodz businessman has been escaping from the Polish justice dimension for a year and a half. He managed to get to the United Arab Emirates.
– Over the past several months, family members are exposed to a constant mood swing – says Patron Łukasz Kowalski (40 years old) in an interview with « Fakt ». The lawyer describes the chronology of accident events as a band of unbearable blows. The relatives of the dead lose their hope that they will see justice.
Patron Łukasz Kowalski (40 years old) represents the parents of the victims of a tragic accident, which occurred on September 16, 2023 in Sierosław near Łódź. According to experts appointed by the prosecutor’s office, BMW, behind whom Sebastian Majtczak sat then, followed A1 at a speed of over 300 km per hour. The driver rebuked other cars from the left lane. The panties hit the back of the Kia car. This second car drove on the left lane. Martyna († 37 years old), her husband Patryk († 39 years old) and their son Oliwier († 4 years old) returned from the sea to Myszków. They burned in the car.

Sebastian Majtczak’s escape complicated the work of a lawyer himself. – I was not able to actively participate in extradition proceedings. We were on information from the National Prosecutor’s Office. We could not participate in such a meeting when Mr. Sebastian M. submitted his conclusions and explanations – says Łukasz Kowalski.
– Positive information only in January this year. She came that there was an admissibility of extradition, which gave families some relief, hope. Then the decision to not take into account the complaint of Mr. Sebastian M. and the stamps of Minister Zea to agree to publish him. Then, in telephone contact with my families, I heard relief in the phone, « finally ». Now we know that something will start that will not be pleasant at all. The trial will start and we return to this on September 16, 2023 to this biggest trauma – says Kowalski.

The inhabitants of Myszków and Kuźnica Stara, where the closest victims of the accident live, do not hide their indignation with the behavior of Sebastian Mattczak. – There are no words. He is not a man. Unconscionable. What can I say here … I don’t believe in one word. He is from a rich family. People say that money plays a role here, that there is no punishment for him … God, what a tragedy – says Irena Gil, a resident of Myszków, who we meet at the local cemetery.
– He was traveling with a lawyer. Our state is a leaky, unthinkable, it was not an average citizen. Whoever has a mammon in Poland wins. Mammon only rules. The law is for the poor man, and it is rich in unpunished – says Władysław Nowakowski from Myszków.
Martyna († 37 years old), Patryk († 39 years old) and Oliwier († 4 years old) lived in Myszków. Many knew a young family by sight, others of their parents. Martyna in Myszków ran a beauty salon, which after her death was taken over by her sister -in -law. Martyna’s parents and her relatives live in Kuźnica Stara. Almost a house in a house on the same street. Everyone here is filled with compassion. However, people are very economical in words. For the good of the family, because she rather avoids contacts with the media.

He notes that if it wasn’t for Internet users and online recordings, the family may not know anything about what happened on the highway to this day. He is extremely grateful for that. However, he is the most painful of Sebastian Majtczak’s translations. The man thinks the fugitive is lying. It is whitewashed that A1 was different than they say in the media. That he allegedly wrapped his son -in -law because he had a panties to get the way.
Martyna’s dad is appalled by the recording of Mantczak, which has been available on the web for several days. Just mentioning how the businessman swore that he was not the perpetrator of the accident, our interlocutor glasses. He finally bursts into tears.

– In the morning and evening the grave – this is how Martyna’s dad’s life describes us after the tragedy. In the morning he goes to the cemetery, then the wife returns from work and together they go to the cemetery in Myszków. And so over and over again. Day after day. They both try to get back to normal. But they can’t.
Martyna’s dad asked how to forget about it? He says that both he and his wife have health problems. They are under the constant care of doctors. Are they waiting for extradition? Will taking a panty to help them deal with mourning? On such questions, the man answers that bringing a life suspect to Poland will not restore it anymore. He added, however, that it was rather about a sense of justice. For something that will give a little peace.
