Managers of Merit Hotels and the future tourismists, Merit International Hotels met at the 4th Career Days – Cyprus Newspaper

The fourth of the career days event, which is organized by Merit International hotels every year and brought together university students and professionals of the sector, took place at Merit Royal Diamond Hotel on Friday (March 7th). Nearly a thousand students from Eastern Mediterranean University, Kyrenia American University, Cyprus Aydın University, Lefke European University, Middle East Technical University Northern Cyprus Campus, International Final University, International Cyprus University and Near East University attended the event. The tourism of the future had the opportunity to make internship and job applications by meeting with the experienced department managers of Merit hotels. The event started with the opening speech of Merit Hotels Human Resources Coordinator Ayperi Beyazıt and continued with the seminar on “Strategic Human Resources Management by Understanding Strategic Human Resources Management” seminar. The students had the opportunity to get detailed information and get advice on career goals by meeting with the departments they were interested in. At the end of the event, which was quite successful, all participants were presented a certificate.
