Man who threw urine over Sven Pichal did not yet identify, police are spreading an investigation message (Antwerp)

The police have distributed an investigation message to the man who, on December 16, 2024, threw urine over former radio maker Sven Pichal for the courthouse in Antwerp.
The incident occurred on Monday December 16, 2024, around 9 am. In the courthouse on the Bolivarplaats in Antwerp, former radio maker Sven Pichal arrived with his lawyer just before his session, when a man walked to Pichal and sprayed a liquid over him. It turned out to be urine.
« The investigation has not yet been able to lead to the identity of this person, » the police say. She therefore asks the man to report. « Also the people who recognize this man is asked to contact them. The man is normally built. He has very long dreadlocks and a gray beard and mustache. At the time of the facts he wore a gray camouflage pants and a black bomber jacket. He used a tricwar (white, gray and black).”

Pichal received a conditional prison sentence of three years during the hearing that followed. An investigation would also be initiated into the « degoutante and unacceptable » incident in advance, the public prosecutor reported.
