Man sentenced to 12 years in prison for sexual crimes against his daughter

A 56-year-old man was sentenced on Tuesday to a single penalty of 12 years in prison for 100 aggravated violation crimes, two sexual coercion and a crime of domestic violence that his daughter was a victim.

The Public Prosecution Service had accused the man of 50 crimes of sexual abuse of minors and 170 violation crimes, all in aggravated form, with the collective of judges determined a non -substantial change in the facts and legal qualification.

According to the order, sexual abuse began when the daughter was 17 and was still attending school, having continued after reaching the age of adulthood and stopped studying. In this way, the young woman stays at home « all day, cleaning and tidying up, as well as fulfilling everything she ordered her. »

For about four and a half years, the defendant subjected his daughter to sexual practices, « taking advantage of the fact that he is his father and residing in the same housing, making him indifferent to the relationship of kinship and his age » and to « satisfy his libidinous instincts. »
