The lawyer has no doubt. It will do the panties at the audition
A lawyer representing the victims’ family, patron Łukasz Kowalski, also arrived in place. In an interview with journalists, he admitted that he expected that Majtczak will refuse to explain. The prosecutor’s office is to accuse him of causing a fatal accident, although according to a representative it would also be possible to qualify the act as a disaster in land traffic.
Kowalski estimated that the investigators have done a very solid work, and the evidence gathered is so extensive and consistent that the defense would have a limited field of maneuver. He also added that the relatives of the victims still use psychological help, and the escape of the suspect and the long -term extradition procedure only deepened their suffering and anxiety that the perpetrator would avoid responsibility.
The lawyer also joined the thanks, which the minister Adam Bodnar and Tomasz Siemoniak expressed the day before at a press conference. On behalf of the family, he thanked prosecutors, policemen, diplomats, Minister Radosław Sikorski, as well as accident witnesses and media that contributed to the publication of the case and put pressure on relevant services.
