In the Japanese city of Osaka, today at the Expo 2025, with the sounds of the « difficult », the colors of the Macedonian flag and authentic elements of tradition and culture, was marked by the National Day of Macedonia.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade (MNNT) said Macedonia was represented by a pavilion that symbolizes its wealth – a country with deep history, culture and extremely archaeological heritage, located in the heart of the Balkans.

The event was addressed by Foreign and Foreign Trade Minister Timco Mucunski, as head of the government delegation, which includes the Ministers of Culture and European Affairs, Zoran Sutkov and Orhan Murtezani, Government Secretary General Igor Janusev and the Government of Government.

Minister Mucunski expressed and thanked the Government of Japan, the city of Osaka, the citizens of Japan and the organizers of the Expo « for the exceptional hospitality and for the creation of this platform for a joint design of the future, under the motto: ‘Creating the future of our lives’.

– Mucunski noted that the Macedonian pavilion symbolizes the wealth of our country – a state with deep history and culture, an exceptional archaeological and cultural heritage, located in the heart of the Balkans. A state that is recognized as a « pearl of the Balkans », thanks to its natural beauty, tradition and rich cultural treasury. Values ​​that make the state an attractive tourist destination and a real pearl in the Balkans. He also referred to investment opportunities, the development of bilateral relations with Japan, the continuing support that our country receives from Japanese partners, as well as the potential for further strengthening political and economic co -operation between the two countries – the MNNNT said.
