In Sardinia, Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo confirmed the most coveted places, with prices between 26,000 and 32,000 euro/sqm. While in the surroundings of Olbia the most valuable properties also reach 15.00 euros.

For those who prefer the mountain Cortina d’Ampezzo maintains high prices with prices ranging between 18,000 and 24,000 euros/sqm. In Madonna di Campiglio the prices oscillate between 10,000 euros/m2 and 18,000 euros/m2 in the most exclusive areas. The mountain resorts of the Aosta Valley follow, such as Courmayeur and Cervinia with average prices that range between 8,000 and 14,000 euros/m2, with peaks of up to 16,000 euros/m2.

The most coveted lakes

The prices of the cities

In Naples, the areas of Chiaia, Posillipo and Vomero have the highest real estate values, with average prices of 7,500, 7,000 and 6,500 euros/sqm respectively. While in Bari, the neighborhoods of Murat and Umbertino are among the most sought after, with prices between 3,800 and 4,200 euros/m2 for renovated residences.
