The recording was registered on June 11 on the S3 route in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. Its author is a driver who believes that he fell victim to road aggression.

The man thought that the dangerous situation would end, but – as it turned out – it was just the beginning.
« (…) He only then showed what he could afford. He began to brake violently right in front of me. Once. The second. The third. The second time the collision could not be avoided, » says the author of the recording.
He adds at the same time that police intervention has only worsened the whole situation.
« The police from Jawor, called to the place, seemed to have a ready script. Although the skoda driver, who allegedly hurried, had time to have fun in deliberate braking, I was hailed as a » sheriff of the left lane « and guilty of collision. The police did not see the problem in his behavior. They did not even secure the recording from my camera, which is proof of his road. »
The author of the recording claims that he has not accepted the mandate, and the case is to go to court.
« But the question remains: does the slogan » we help and protect « really mean something? This situation shows that the problem is not only aggression on the roads, but also its quiet consent on the part of those who are to guard the law » – sums up the driver.

How does the police comment on the matter?
Podkom. Ewa Kluczyńska, a press officer of the Poviat Police Headquarters in Jawor, reported in an interview with o2.pl that « a person who had a video recording from S3 intervention stated to officers that she would provide this material only for the purposes of court proceedings. »
She also explained that a driver with a recording at the scene of the incident presented officers « only a fragment of the event that contains the last sequence of behavior of both drivers, therefore, for the correctness of the findings in this matter, it is necessary for the police to familiarize himself with the entire recording of this event. »
– Due to the contradictory versions of the event presented by both drivers, officers on the spot did not decide on the perpetration. Currently, the Poviat Police Headquarters in Jawor is conducting proceedings in this case in connection with committing an offense – a spokeswoman for the police to the O2.pl portal.
She added that « after gathering full evidence, including after interrogation of drivers, witnesses and access to a video recording, the officer conducting the proceedings would decide on the further way of completing the case. »
The row on the road turned into an equally fierce brawl on the web. This time between Internet users who have different opinions about the fault of drivers. Most of the comments are not suitable for citing because of the vulgar language.
