Local elections with the presidentials. The start was given

On May 4 we will also have partial local elections. The electoral period for the partial local elections that will be organized on May 4 for the president of the Bihor County Council and for mayors from 19 localities in 14 counties starts on Sunday, the candidates will be submitted until April 14, and the campaign will start on April 19.

The localities in which partial local elections will take place are:

* Ulmeni City (Maramureș)

* Zalău municipality (Sălaj)
* Drăgănești-Vlașca commune (Teleorman)

The elections for the head of CJ Bihor take place in the context in which Ilie Bolojan resigned as president of the County Council after being elected senator.

The main landmarks of the electoral period for partial local elections are:

* At the latest on March 31, there is a public notice of the date of the sitting of the judges in the county electoral office (only for Bihor, Botosani, Caraș-Severin, Olt and Prahova counties)

* April 8 – Starting the period of applying for the position of mayor

* April 9 – The beginning of the period of submission of the candidates for the position of president of the Bihor County Council

* April 14 – ending the period of submission of all candidates

* April 19 – Starting the election campaign

* April 20 – the definitive stay of the candidates

* April 21 – Pulling lots to establish the number of order on the ballots

* May 3, 7:00 – the end of the election campaign

* May 4, 7:00 Vote begins and ends at 9:00 pm

* within 24 hours from the conclusion of the voting, at the latest on May 5 – counting the votes, the conclusion of the verbal processes and the drawing of the files with the voting results; teaching to the constituency office
of the files comprising the results of the voting in the section

* Within 24 hours from the closure of the voting, at the latest on May 5-the formulation of applications for canceling the elections in a constituency.

A possible second round for the presidency of the Bihor County Council will be on May 18.
