A plan for destabilizing Romania, by initiating actions meant to create chaos with the help of Horațiu Potra's mercenaries, was developed by Călin Georgescu and his close friends during the meeting at Ciolpani farm, immediately after the annulment of the presidential elections, the prosecutor's documents are shown.

This is a so-called plan that has already circulated in the press last last months and has reappeared now.

According to the Prosecutor's Office, two days before the annulment of the elections in round 1, that is, on December 4, 2024, the Mercenar Horațiu Potra, who is at that time in Congo, is contacted by Andrei Avram, leader of the group 'Ciurarii' (specialized in human trafficking and pimping), who communicated that his 'right hand' of Georgescu would like to discuss with him.

Potra agrees to meet Georgescu and leave for Romania, doing a stop in Dubai. Arriving in Bucharest, he stays at a hotel, where several rooms had been reserved.

Also on December 4, 2024, Călin Georgescu contacted Eugen Sechila by telephone, who told about the existence of a plan that he will convey when they meet, claiming that 'he will catch those who like the family' and mentioning that 'then I set them'.

The next day, on December 5, Romeo Mihai Anechita, a member of Georgescu's protective device, sent more than a text message with alarmist content, according to which exponents of the interlock clans would have received firearms, guaranteeing the exoneration of criminal liability.

'In the light of the fact that the approach occurred on the dissemination on the social networks of other alarmist messages, which referred to the fact that the authorities would follow the killing of some participants in protests, to justify the decree of the emergency, we appreciate that the message of Romeo Mihai Anechita inoculates that the interlopers would be armed by the authorities. Romanian and creating a feeling of fear among the population ', say prosecutors.

On the morning of December 7, 2024, the famous meeting takes place under clandestinity conditions at the farm in Ciolpani, where Călin Georgescu, Horațiu Potra, Eugen Ionuț Sechila, Alexandru Stefan Vornicu – the driver of Georgescu Călin and his bodyguard – Marin Burcea participate.

In the opinion of the Prosecutor's Office, the meeting is of particular importance, for the way the events will be carried out.

'The evidence administered proves that Georgescu acted as a strategic leader of the meeting, being the one who initiated the contact and reunited the participants in a controlled framework. The phone received on the morning of 07.12.2024 by the farm owner and the gradual arrival of the participants suggest a careful organization, meant to avoid suspicions and to ensure an isolated environment, away from the public's eyes. At the Ciolpani farm, the previously mentioned participants had a discussion in confidentiality conditions, which confirmed by the files from the file, the participants being very concerned about the annulment of the presidential elections. The discussions were led by Călin Georgescu, being the one who called him in that location on Horațiu Potra, Ionuț Sechila and the other people in their entourage. In fact, if Georgescu was a regular in the place, the others would first move to that location. Through his dominant attitude, he established the rules of the interaction, imposed the silence in front of the farm staff and dictated the event, demonstrating an indisputable authority on the other participants', the prosecutor's documents.

The parquet says that the way this meeting took place and the subsequent events 'clearly lead to the conclusion that a well -structured plan has been discussed, which began to be implemented immediately after the meeting'.

'The logical sequence of actions and their correlation with the discussions aimed at establishing precise objective directions. The speed and coherence with which the subsequent events were held demonstrates that the participants aimed at the implementation of strategic, meticulously planned decisions. By organizing it in a private framework, with carefully selected participants and a high degree of secretomania, Călin Georgescu demonstrated a calculated strategy to influence the decisions and coordinate the actions of those present. Subsequently, Horațiu Potra's actions and Călin Georgescu's public statements suggest that this meeting was a preparatory stage for destabilizing events meant to create chaos and insecurity, thus affecting the democratic process ', is the prosecutors' conclusion.

Immediately after the meeting in Ciolpani, Călin Georgescu appealed to Dan Ciprian Grăjdeanu, the leader of the radical – nationalist organization 'Orthodox Brotherhood' and a close relative of Eugen Sechila, who mentioned that, during the next day, he will send his supporters a concrete action, ending the appeal or by the country.

On December 8, 2024, Potra and his mercenaries move to Bucharest to organize destabilization actions, but they are intercepted by police and detained.

Later, the judges released Potra, considering that this is not a public danger.
