Levent College won the “Best Orchestra” award at the Telsim Freezone 11 High School Music Competition organized in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education and Telsim.

Freezone Music Competition, Minister of National Education Nazım Çavuşoğlu, General Secondary Education Department Director Yusuf İnanıroğlu, Vocational Technical Education Department Director Gülşen Hoca and Telsim General Manager Sefer Tüz were present.

According to the statement made by the Ministry of National Education Press Office, Levent College, who was selected as the Best Best Orchestra ”, won the studio recording and clip award.

Hosted by Eda Kandulu and Yaşar Köroğlu, the pianist, academician Dr. Aslı Giray Akyunak, musician Hüseyin Altan, musician, academician Yard. Assoc. Dr. İnal Bilsel, retired music teacher Kürşat Öztürk, conductor Murat Menket, instructor and sound coach Soyhan Bilgeer took part in the jury seat.

A total of 34 groups from 27 high schools participated in the competition in Nicosia Atatürk Indoor Sports Hall. Responsible music teachers took the stage during the jury evaluation.

5G technology was used again this year in Telsim Freezone High School Music Competition. The jury made the online assessment of the contestants through 5G technology.

Çavuşoğlu: « Young people who grow up with art become hope for us »

National Education Minister Nazim Cavusoglu, 11. Telsim Freezone High School Music Competition in his speech in the final, art growing with art, he said hope for the future.

Telsim General Manager Sefer Tuz, the Ministry of National Education in cooperation with the Telsim Freezone 11 High School Music Contest, which has become a tradition in time, records are broken every year and more young people are reached every year.
