Letter to the editor. Noted by DN’s readers on May 8

On May 9, Russia celebrates its victory over Nazi Germany, in 1945. According to the Russians, the Second World War began in June 1941, when Germany attacked the Soviet Union. The rest of the world knows that the war began in September 1939, when Germany and the Soviet invaded Poland. The Russians then went on to invade the Baltic States and attack Finland. The fact that millions of Russians died in the war was largely due to the fact that Stalin had murdered most of the country’s higher commander and that he did not believe that his soul mate, Hitler, would turn against him. Now Putin’s Russia is pushing as Nazism’s baneman and calls all opponents Nazis. We should therefore pay attention to the real history writing as often as possible.

Listened to the Minister of Defense and Commerce Benjamin Dousa (M) In the radio program « Studio an ». He talks so beautifully about how the government wants to help the suffering people in Gaza. Do I believe him? No, not as long as the government at the same time increases both exports and imports of military equipment from/to Israel. A gun embargo against Israel is necessary if the speech of Gaza’s suffering people is to be credible. As it is now, the double tongues gap.

Thoughts after looking at the Palestinian-Israeli documentary « No other country » On SVT Play about the destruction of a village on the West Bank: How can the Swedish government be so passive for Israel’s overwhelm, on the West Bank and in Gaza? Don’t the politicians see that, with their silence and lack of action, they give hatred between people in Israel and Palestine, which also risks spreading to Sweden and other countries in the West?

« Auslands Raus! Auslands Raus! », Gormade SD’s MP David Lång on the party’s EU election. « Nooshi Dadgostar should do as Jimmie Åkesson, » writes Adam Cwejman in GP’s leader on May 7 Regarding Lorena Delgado Varas, who « shared an image depicting an anti -Semitic conspiracy theory that portrays it as Jews governing the world ». What does the editor mean? David Lång still represents SD in the church meeting. Ahead of the church election in September 2025, the SD’s list in Stockholm diocese in Stockholm. The day before editor Cwejman directed the call for Dadgostar to take after Åkesson, wrote SD’s group leader in Gothenburg, the municipal council Jörgen Fogelklou, A debate article in just GP. It was Fogelklou as of data experts and own party mates was revealed with being behind the account « Afghan ». There Fogelklou wrote: « The Jew is the root of all evil … I would happily deport every fucking black skull today! Sieg Heil! » « Until 2021, SD has excluded about 100 members of the party. The Swedish Democrats realized that if they were to become a salon -huge party that could cooperate in the Riksdag, they must keep clean, » Cwejman writes. And so does the editor think the party is doing? Keeping Clean? Like Jimmie Åkesson joining a party when it was still led by Nazis and who obviously still attracts racists and anti -Semites like flies around a fertilizer high is certainly nothing to mimic. In his eagerness to beautify SD, the head of GP’s editorial staff does not even withdraw to withhold the fact that the exclusions that the party makes are just a small scrap on the surface, where only the very worst berry trays and least significantly swept away. The others sit in the municipal council and in the church meeting. Instead of mimicking; Instead, take Jimmie Åkesson’s words on Twitter on June 10, 2021 seriously: “Unlike Magdalena Andersson and her Social Democrats, we will not leave or abandon our roots.

As necessary as on the cigarette packages warn of the health risks of tobacco, it is to warn of risks with the package’s plastic casing and cigarette filters, which are often thrown outdoors and turn into microplastics that are dangerous to animals and humans.

Help Gotland with:
• Cheaper trips with the Gotland boats

• Better defense
• At least one airfield additional

Read in the newspaper The fact that the US Embassy in Stockholm places very special demands on its suppliers. Then I think that all Swedish suppliers, of goods as well as by services, should noble the embassy. Let them send them for lunch, or the plumber, from Washington!
Bernt Abrahamsson, Alingsås

The Trump Administration’s demands on the outside world are taking increasingly absurd forms. Companies in Sweden should not be allowed to follow Swedish laws on diversity and inclusion – If they are to perform jobs at the US Embassy in Stockholm. So let them fix the next water leak themselves. Allow the water to flow until they have flown a plumber from the United States! In addition, a wholesaler cannot sell material to them because they also work according to Swedish laws. So let them bring American products and see if they fit. Going to the cinema in the United States is at risk of being 100 percent more expensive – whether the film comes from outside the United States or is filmed abroad. Europe and the rest of the world should respond by putting corresponding taxes on American films. Since the American film industry gets about 65 percent of its revenue from the rest of the world, this would be a death bump for them. Such a threat would certainly shake some Republicans. Sometimes some Republicans have to prove to have a spine and dare to stand up against Trump? Or is it to have too much confidence in humanity?

Read in DN An interview with TV host Edvin Törnblom. In his new SVT program he interviewed a female guest. She acknowledged that she was shooting a man once. It got Edvin Törnblom to « laugh at most » throughout the program series. Would he laughed just as much about a male guest acknowledged that he was shooting a woman? Or a LGBTQI person?

The other night I saw a wonderful football match on TV between Inter and Barcelona: Lovely football, lots of audience, but not a single Bengal or other pyrotechnics. Certainly it is strange that it is not possible to prevent such an unlucky in our all -Swedish matches, when it goes elsewhere, with a much larger audience.
Bernt Abrahamsson, Alingså

Reply to Lars Carrfors submitter regarding SVT’s decision to put down the program With Leif GW Persson. I completely share his view. It is a great sadness if the program disappears. GW is extremely knowledgeable, has a twinkle in his eye and never hesitates to criticize in a nuanced way that usually hits in the middle of the dot. This program is now needed when SVT is now in many ways going to meet politics and avoids uncomfortable issues/ follow -up questions to responsible politicians.

Opinions about DN

DN’s climate editor Peter Alestig Writes That Donald Trump’s policy can lead to more Swedish children getting sick this summer (of bacteria in the bath water). Even worse, according to Alestig, is Trump’s blow to global climate work. Of course, everything is relative, but it is even worse that thousands of people in poor countries will die in AIDS after Trump has strangled aid.

I have been a subscriber to DN for many years and have been told since childhood that DN is a liberal body. I don’t think it’s true anymore. Writers like Susanne NyströmThe Alex SchulmanThe Amanda Sokolnicki and Björn Wiman I see I have the task of criticizing the government from a left -wing perspective and to criticize SD. The cases of the Social Democrats, the Left Party and the Environment Party go. DN should call itself independent left organ.

Why should game advertising be able to finance the online magazine? It only benefits these companies and is devastating for gaming -abusing people. Don’t feel serious by a good newspaper.
