Johan Pehrson’s departure As party leader for the Liberals is as expected as April snow. I am more surprised at how he describes his role: « I have fulfilled my political duty. » The fact that he threw the liberal voters as filling in the pits on SD’s path to power was perhaps not what the party’s founder saw as a « political duty » when they formed the Liberal Party in the fight against the conservative and authoritarian forces. But certainly it is a achievement to be about to run a hundred -year -old party out of parliament in just a few years.

SD leader Jimmie Åkesson targets in « Ekot’s Saturday interview » Very strange criticism of TV4, where he compares the TV company with Goebbel’s propaganda machinery. The toes are sore after the disclosure of magic accounts, so Åkesson’s unpleasant comparison fits well with typical SD language and contempt for media and journalism. What is serious how serious bourgeois parties let this party into the Government Offices. Don’t M, KD and Liberals understand what democratic risk you expose Sweden to?
Johan Alsén, Nacka
TV4 revealed a year ago that the Swedish Democrats are spreading lies through anonymous accounts online. Jimmie Åkesson (SD) mean in Ekot’s Saturday interview (26/4) That TV4’s report is propaganda that is similar to what dictatorships do, although it is the opposite. SD spreads propaganda and dictatorships stop free media like TV4. SD’s disinformation and authoritarian view of mass media is one of several reasons why the government parties should break with SD so as not to weaken democracy. Otherwise, this is a reason not to vote for M, KD or L next fall.

Pomerantsevs Review in DN reveals relentlessly imperialism’s true being: power over the idea.

DN’s editor -in -chief Wolodarski is evicted in Sunday’s newspaper Over the visit to Trump by Norway’s Prime Minister Støre and Finance Minister Stoltenberg; The latter former NATO chief. They were unstable and anxious in Trump’s presence, where they had instead wanted clear language and clarity on, among other things, the relationship with Ukraine. One may wonder how the Swedish counterparts had acted. Can you imagine Ulf Kristersson together with Maria Malmer Stenergard or Elisabeth Svantesson put her head on oblique and tell Trump what the world really looks like?
Torkel Borelius
In contrast to Mike Godwin, to whom Erik Åsard refers (Noted on April 25), I fear that comparisons Trump -Hitler risks trivialization not only of the Holocaust, but also by Trump. After the takeover, it took Hitler less than two months to discontinue German democracy. Less than four months later, the country was rectified, the Nazis only legal political party and the rest we know. Here is Trump in shelter. We do not need these scare shots to realize the seriousness of what is now going on in the United States.
Anders Nordlund, Uppsala
A good thing about Donald Trump, like all other world leaders, participating in Pope Francis’s funeral was that Ukrainian President Zelenskyj was given the opportunity to talk to him. However, it should be noted that Trump is hardly a good Christian – you can rather say that he worships the idols « power », « money » and his own ego. Politically, this kind of morality lands in a form of « geopolitics » where the strong is always right. When Trump cannot take a stand for Ukraine’s democracy vis -à -vis Russia’s dictatorship, it also definitely indicates that US democracy is in danger – which we have also seen lately when Trump tries to run over both courts, legislation and free research at the universities in the United States.

Suggests a tourist boycott of Turkey until the imprisoned Swedish journalist Joakim Medin has been released.
Ulla Bejrum, Stockholm
Several votes have been raised for boycotts against goods from the United States as revenge for Trump’s trade policy. Is it not more important to boycott Chinese computers, solar cells, batteries and electric cars and more then Chinese companies breaks minerals in Ukraine on by Russia occupied area. China supports Russia financially and technologically.

This past week we have been met daily by reports of constant killing from Israel against Gaza’s population. At the same time, alarm reports on imminent starvation due to Israel’s refusal will allow food transport. However, this is not something that stir up the feelings of the Swedish right -wing government. The Foreign Minister rightly calls Russia’s ambassador after last week’s robot attack with many civilian victims in Ukraine. But calling up Israel’s ambassador after all its thousands of massacres that have taken place against civilians in Gaza is completely foreign to the Foreign Minister. There are completely different yardsticks for the right -wing government regarding Ukraine and Gaza. Terrible as a Swedish to experience this accident in the lack of humanism and the ability to follow the principles of international law.

The question that remains to be preserved: Who is buying the drug that gang criminals sell?

Last week I visited Sergel’s square or the « plate » as it is called in the vernacular. There I saw for the first time the so -called Memorial of the terror attack on Drottninggatan 2017a metal blanket that has been thrown over the sad wall down towards the square. To my surprise how some cultural persons raise the memorial to the skies. They use various epithets to give it weight to their positive attitude. Of course, it should have become a kind of memorial, a few meters high on a foundation and with a smaller artwork outside Åhléns where the horror ride ended. Now, then, a female artist has threaded together something that looks like a blanket, harshly thrown on the sad wall down to the « plate » and where a certain tricky trade is constantly going on. Doesn’t Stockholm’s beauty council have more imagination and judgment than this?

IN DN’s leader 22/4 It appears that support for nuclear power has increased significantly since 2018. See there, what a powerful leader like Ebba Busch (KD) can achieve! But is it really her we should credit? While she speaks warmly for more nuclear power, an intensive debate is underway on climate change, an issue that the Tidö government does not seem to prioritize to the same extent. You do not want to go before the popular opinion, you say, are happy to delay action, trix with numbers. What if public opinion actually takes the climate very seriously? You really want to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and therefore agree (albeit reluctantly), that nuclear power may become part of the solution. A good climate policy may need nuclear power, ok, but listen to public opinion, go ahead, cowardly for the climate issue! We are certainly many who are prepared for sacrifices for the sake of climate and future.

Saw and heard in Yesterday’s report (27/4) About textile collection. What was not evident was which one (s) has decided this. The EU will not only decide on rules in 2028, as I understood. The idea is certainly good, but I suffer with all charities, which should usually ideally sort out all « junk textiles ». Saw with their own eyes how some had filled bags with unusable « clothes » and put outside a non -profit charity shop. Climate and Environment Minister Romina Pourmokhtari (L) shines with his absence. Get ahead and tell us how the idea and solution are with this recycling! Terrible thought if it would be dumped in poor countries!
Annchristin Alm, Umeå
How can you decide on how textiles should be recycled without first making sure that there is an organization that can take care of everything that has been collected? There is also a plan on how all the textiles should be recycled. It also seems that textiles are just old clothes. But broken sheets, oily rags from the garage or flammable linseed oil -soaked rags from painting work, are also textiles. If I have a dear relative who has died, I may not want anyone else to walk around in the deceased’s clothes. If I decide that these clothes should be burned, no one should change it. I own my old textiles and have the right to decide how these should be treated.

So amazingly refreshing with a Swedish company Like Sia ice cream With a spine that does not care about all the victims, racists, and unpalatable individuals who always roll out when something that does not follow the racial ideological worldview. In addition, you offer a very good ice cream to us others.

Stockholm City Theater invited superb theater to us during the cultural night last Saturday, « Amadeus » with fantastic spectacle by, among others, Filip Zandén. We had my soon-to-be 12-year-old grandson. Despite a three -hour play, such a young boy was happy. Thought more theater experiences, we need that!

If Kaj wins Eurovision Song Contest I think next year’s event will be held in Haparanda. This is to pay attention to Swedish Finnish. Preferably in a local shaped like a sauna.

Up to half a million kronor awaits the one who manages to lie, manipulate and murder all the way to the end ”. TV4 legitimizes a gang criminal ideal with its program « The traitors ». What a arrangement! Sad!

In the absence of better, our family follows the SVT quiz program « The Wall ». In any case, it is better than all these crazy play programs. But there is only one problem: we don’t understand the rules! The host should go through the rules before each competition. It feels strange that as an adult, it does not understand why some walls get several asks, why a contestant has got a wall and one suddenly have to go.

Opinions about DN
Johan Croneman has « refreshing » opinions and his opinions are usually fun to read. But His chronicle text As ends with « no one else » cares the SM finals in ice hockey than the « small » cities of Gävle and Luleå-then he is really out cycling. We who are real hockey enthusiasts see every final match no matter where the team comes from. We also saw every match between Djurgården and AIK in Hockeyallsvenskans final – because we like ice hockey. According to Croneman, it is a real SM final only if big city team meets. Is it Luleå and Brynäs fault that Djurgården and AIK have housed the second division for many years? Is it also wrong by the said team that Frölunda did not take a final place. Should Luleå have « settled » and given Frölunda place? Djurgården now has the chance to redo Brynäs fantastic feat to go to the SM final next season. Then Croneman gets a « real » final and may suddenly become interested in ice hockey.
