Letter to the editor. High time to recognize justice murder on physician and autopsy
Two doctors were sentenced in 1988 in the Stockholm District Court for murder and cutting by Catrine da Costa – without evidence and with manipulative and completely lawful indications.
The verdict was torn up after criticism from the High Court and a new trial freed them from murder, but also claimed without evidence or acceptable indications that they would have been guilty of cutting her body. For legal reasons, this verdict could not appeal and the National Board of Health responded by withdrawing their credentials.
For almost 40 years, the two doctors have been deprived of their right to exercise the medical profession and been disgraced by being convicted, without any evidence on the debt issue. The legal process was strongly influenced by a high -voted journalist corps and a number of feminists, which led to a politicization where « international law » affected the outcome.
We live in another Time where Freudian thoughts on displaced memories have been strongly rejected by memory researchers. Especially that an 18 -month child’s memory image can form the basis for a case, which happened.
It’s time to end in these justice murder. In the cases Quick and the Kevin brothers, the government has recognized incorrect verdicts.
Of course, the two doctors must also be reduced for the same reason. I would like to see someone else drive the issue of redress, I myself refrain from suspicion of professional solidarity.
The two doctors Lifelong tragedy cannot be taken back but it would be alleviated if – with or without a new investigation – it shows that there was a wrong verdict. A recognition on the part of the government by replacing them Ex gratia (of grace) would make many citizens feel that the country is still a rule of law and that it is also prepared to complain in wrong judgments.
