The entrepreneur and former S-Riksdag Member Jan Emanuel tells DN That he ignores parking fines and thinks he is doing right.

In order to end this behavior, it should be easy to keep track of notorious misconduct through a register with which the P-guards could easily control wrongly parked cars with. Just as with so-called « goalkeeper cars » can give a driving ban after a certain number of unpaid parking fines.

Notorious fault parks (not those who only park wrongly) should then, as in Germany, be able to have their cars completely transported in Germany to be able to redeem them at a high fee later, or alternatively as in some countries where the P-guards place a locking mechanism on the car’s one wheel so it can not be driven from there. The lock cannot then be removed until the fine is paid.
