Dr. Saša Bavec is a man whose science and business have never represented separate worlds. After graduating from Bežigrad High School, he graduated in chemical engineering, then upgraded his knowledge with a master’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology and a doctorate in biotechnology.

But early on, the route also led him to business waters – from the protection of intellectual property in Lek to MBA studies at the prestigious IMD in Lozana.

His career is full of interesting turns – from patent battles with global pharmaceutical giants to marketing and sales worth several billion euros.

She took him to secret laboratories, crisis negotiations and the back of major acquisitions and the construction of more than 100 million global business. Today it works at the intersection of a business strategy, leadership and development of people – the values ​​it puts in the numbers.
