The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergey Lavrov, stated that Moscow is ready to agree with Washington on Ukraine, although some details, according to him, are still in need of refinement.

Details: Commenting on « Peace Negotiations », Lavrov stated that there are « several signs that we (the Russian Federation and the USA – Ed.) Are moving in the right direction. »
« The US President thinks, and I think he is right that we are moving in the right direction, » the Russian minister said.
Lavrov also called Trump « probably the only leader on Earth that recognized the need to eliminate the fundamental causes of this situation. »
