Latvian veneer / day was recognized as the best employer in Latvia last year
The « Growth of the Year » award was received by ship cargo company MSC Shared Service Center Riga, which last year was rated 28 positions higher than in 2023.
For the third year in a row, Riga Stradins University has been recognized as the most coveted employer in public administration.
For the first time in the construction sector, the road construction firm « Binders » was recognized as the best job in the construction sector, while SIA « Circle K Latvia » was the title of the most popular employer in the sales sector.
At the same time, the best employer in the financial sector won the title of « Swedbank », information technology (IT) and telecommunications sector – SIA « Latvijas Mobilais Telefons », and in the transport and logistics sector – airBaltic.
AS « Madara Cosmetics » has been recognized as the best job in the manufacturing sector. AS « Lido » remained in the lead position in the HoReca industry, but SIA « Circle K Business Center » was recognized as the best employer in the international business services sector.
At the same time, SIA « Kurzemes Gaļsaimnieks » has become the most popular employer in Kurzeme, JSC « Latvijas Maiznieks » was recognized as the best job in Latgale, « Fazer Latvija » Ltd., and the title of best employer in Zemgale was awarded to JSC « Virši -A ».
The survey « Top Employer » conducts « Alma Career Latvia » in cooperation with « Firmas.lv » and the International Business Services Industry Association. The survey took place from January 15 to February 28, 2025, with 18,110 survey respondents from all over Latvia.
