In Group B, the Czech Republic has 17 points, 16 points for Switzerland, 14 in the United States, but for Germany and Denmark nine points. Norway has four points in seven battles, while Hungary is three points in seven and Kazakhstan in six games.

Last year, the Czechs triumphed in the World Championships in their field, beating Switzerland in a decisive match with a 2-0 win, while Sweden won the bronze medals with a 4: 2 win over the Canadian national team. The Latvian national team ranked ninth, although he won four wins in the sub -group.
