Langenau/Ulm: Three injured in the event of an accident between Seligweiler and Albeck: helicopter in action

At a Accident On Wednesday afternoon on the former B19 between Ulm and Langenau three people have been injured. A rescue helicopter was in action.

According to the police so far, a Suzuki driver was on the way north around 4 p.m. Between Seligweiler and Albeck, she wanted to turn left to an Aussiedlerhof. The driver of a toyotas driving behind it noticed the braking vehicle too late and rammed the small car in front of him. The Suzuki small car was pushed into a field beyond the junction and overturned there.

The Langenau fire brigade helped the occupants from the vehicles and cleaned the road. The crews of three ambulances and the Ulm rescue helicopter « Christoph 22 » provided the two people in the Suzuki and the Toyota driver. All three were brought to hospitals. The two accident vehicles had to rescue towing cars.

During the rescue work, the road had to be temporarily closed, and the after -school duty rushed to after the afternoon caused longer traffic jams from both directions.
