Lamda Development transforms historical spaces into modern sports destinations

Today, however, they are regenerated. Lamda Development, in collaboration with the relevant bodies, invests over 20m euros to transform these sites, ensuring that the benefits of The Ellinikon development will spread throughout Attica.
Which spaces are revived
– Closed Olympic Paiania coaches: Two symbols of athletic excellence, fully renovated, ready to host new sports achievements.
– Athletics & Weighting Liquid Training Center: Modern facilities, ideal for high quality athletes.
– OAKA bike lane: A space associated with great moments of Greek cycling, now upgraded with technology and security.
– Olympic village (Avocation Dome, Swimming Pool): flagship spaces returning to the forefront, reinforced with modern energy and access systems.
– Kapagerov & Mikrolimanou Piraeus Swimming Pool: Field centers renewed to serve both athletes and the general public.
The renovation of these sites is not only about aesthetics or functional upgrading but acts as an investment based on three basic pillars:

- Sustainability: Green solutions and energy saving technologies are applied, reducing the environmental impact.
