KUD « Biser »- Kicevo participated in the festival organized for « Child Day » in Turkey
KUD « Biser » Kicevo was a participant for the second time at the festival organized in honor of « Children’s Day » in the municipality of Chatalka, Turkish.
Kichevsky dancers were one of the five participants of this festival organized in this Istanbul municipality and were extremely grateful for the great hospitality of the hosts.
-CAS « Biser » participated in the 23rd edition of the festival organized in the Turkish municipality of Chatalka for « Child Day ». During this period we had two appearances in Turkey. The parade of the participants in front of the House of Culture was first organized, then due to the earthquake that struck Istanbul our performance was relocated outdoors, where it was followed by a large number of locals. We performed with the Orks of « Digajci », « The Good Extermination » and « St. George ». Finally, we have to emphasize the hospitality of the hosts from Turkey, who were available all the time, and gave all the participants at the festival one gift – said KUD Racin President Mladen Vancoski.
He emphasized that besides the guest appearance in Turkey, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Macedonia will financially support their performance at the Bosnian Otokka Festival, while the company will cover the festival’s participation in Bura Poland as well as a guest in the country from News.
