Kuciak: The Supreme Court set aside the judgment in case of murder

BRATISLAVA. The Supreme Court also returned the case of the murder of Ján Kuciak and Martina Kušnírová to a specialized court for the second time.
He decided not publicly, spokeswoman Alexandra Važanová informed.
« The case returned the case to the Special Court because of errors in the judgment under appeal, namely the uncertainty of factual findings, not to provide all the necessary evidence in order to fully find the facts of the case and the reason that the Specialized Criminal Court did not deal with all the circumstances significant for the decision, » Važanová explained.

In the case of Kuciak’s murder of February 2018, in which his fiancée Martina Kušnírová also lost his life, three judgments are valid. Murder executives Miroslav Marček and Tomáš Szabó received previously 25-year unconditional imprisonment, Zoltán Andruskó for 15 years unconditionally.
