Krobusz. The village leader bit a six -year -old child. The mother wants to be compensated
Gracjan suffered from Easter, but only now the case went to the media. He described it, among others NTO.pl website. The incident occurred during a traditional Christmas fun organized in the village. The area was lent by the village head of Krobusz, who organized many attractions for the youngest residents. Among the people who appeared at the party was Mrs. Jadwiga, who lived just 200 m away. She took three children with her, including 6-year-old Gracjan. – The village leader greeted us and then this dog came for the first time. I noticed the children to be careful. Mrs. Sołtys said that the dog is calm, gentle, no one would hurt anyone, you just have to let him sniff. Then this dog walked loose among children, without a muzzle – says Jadwiga in an interview with nto.pl.

According to the Opole service, the dog’s name is Fox. It’s a big mongrel. A few years ago, he wandered in the village and the Sołtyski family took him in. Now there was a tragedy with his participation.
I saw my Gracjan standing next to the dog who was sitting. For a moment I turned to see my daughter riding off the Tyrolean, because I had to keep an eye on everyone. Suddenly I heard a snarl. I don’t remember how I was running. I only saw the bottom of children’s shoes and a dog upstairs. There was noise, a harmider, with one hand I pushed the dog, the other I pulled out my son from under him. He had his whole face bloody, bold cheek, I didn’t know where blood was going on. I picked him up and he coughed at me. I took him in my arms and screamed to call the ambulance. Gracjan asked me to do something to make it just a bad dream. And I said I couldn’t do it

The boy was taken by the hospital, where he was equipped in the operating room under the wound anesthesia. After that he could go home. Description of injuries is stunning. It’s hard to believe how much a boy had to suffer. « Bite wound in the frontal area. Wounds jerking around the corner of the mouth and the upper lip on the right side, passing to the vestibule of the mouth. Interrupting the continuity of the circular muscle paragraph on the border of the upper gum and the vestibule of the mouth » – the doctors wrote in a hospital discharge.

« I admit, it’s my fault that I didn’t close the dog, but it’s a very calm and mild dog. » He never jumps at anyone at the goal, he is not aggressive. While preparing the fun, I forgot about the dog. Nobody asked to close it somewhere. I am very sorry because of this event. I had good intentions, I wanted to integrate the village. I wanted children and mothers to play. I have only been the village administrator for a year – says Sołtyska Renata Kwotek in an interview with nto.pl.

The website informs that the boy has suffered a lot and is still recovering. For a week he only ate through the tube. Now he goes to rehabilitation, starts visits to neurologopedia, to speak back without problems, smile, regain fully feeling in the mouth. Specialists have announced that visits will last half a year. Gracjan’s mother says that the boy suffered a mentally in this event. I have various fears.
NTO.pl reports that the police are dealt with by the police, no one has been charged at the time. Mrs. Jadwiga rented a lawyer because she wants to claim compensation and compensation for the child in court. Fortunately, the dog did not have rabies.
Will there be compensation for a dog’s biting a child?
– I helped to dress a boy because I am a nurse by profession. (…) I wanted to help, take them to rehabilitation. I went to them with an apology, I brought juices and fruit for a child. Jadwiga at the beginning said that she was not blamed for me – says Sołtysko in an interview with NTO.pl.
It also turned out that a year ago the same dog attacked another small child. Sołtyska says that « he only scratched them with his teeth. »
I feel guilty that I didn’t close the dog. When Aunt Gracjana organized a collection on the internet for rehabilitation, I paid PLN 600. I was also thinking about compensation, but I was advised that I would abstain for now. I feel that this matter will have consequences for me. I hope that these wounds somehow will heal that Gracjan will be able to train it all during rehabilitation
