Assistants are needed to materialize this scale. The board of Ventspils Development Agency consists of state officials Janis Vitolins, Guntis Blumbergs, who, together with Didzi Ošenieks, are not only Ventspils City Council Chairman Aivars Lembergs, but all are members of the Board of the Freeport of Ventspils. Imants Sarmulis, the manager of the Freeport of Ventspils Freeport, also consists of the Lembergs led by the Lembergs.

The aforementioned group organized by Ventspils State Amapersons knew that the Ventspils Development Agency did not provide any services. Therefore, in the public space, they have always praised and imitated the importance of associations, its experts, which allegedly contributed to the activities of the Ventspils city authorities and the Freeport of Ventspils.

The contributions of the blessed public authorities have increased consistently. Since 2013, Ventspils Freeport Authority members have reached almost € 114,000 worth of membership of NAKS a year. The Freeport Manager, Sarmulis, has justified and misinformed the same wastage to the KNAB, telling him that such a membership fee is necessary for the appropriate remuneration of high -level experts of Ventspils Freeport, which significantly promoting the port. The fact that the payable « expert » is none other than Lembergs, a public official, is being concealed by the KNAB.

It is defaulted that the employees of the Freeport of Ventspils Authority have not seen any involvement of the association « Ventspils Development Agency », it has not seen any well -paid experts. For the sake of clarity, the association’s participation has only been manifested as a single page of the A4 format, which claims that the EUR 114,000 worth of membership of the Ventspils Development Agency has been paid properly.

Similarly, Ventspils city capital companies, Ventspils University College and City Technical School have been fortunate enough, as these institutions have provided their unselfish support to the president of Ventspils Development Agency Aivars Lembergs. This is only right that with the remuneration for the work as Chairman of the Ventspils City Council and the Chairman of the Board of the Freeport of Vetspils, Lembergs has also been paid properly with an annual salary of almost 100 thousand euros worth annual.

Thus, after a four -year investigation, the KNAB has acknowledged that neither Aivars Lembergs nor any other figurines have been used for greedy purposes, there is no conflict of interest, no public funds are misappropriated, and such activities were not carried out in an organized group of public officials. Even more. Criminal Procedure no. The 16870000222 has been terminated with the opinion that Aivars Lembergs did not even know that he was expected to pay almost 100 thousand euros from the Society. Vitolins, Blumbergs, Oshenieks and Sarmulis were given generous salary for Lembergs, with a soft heart …

Farce

Unfortunately, this is not just a farce. This is a criminal offense. Anyone can make sure that not only the Law on the Prevention of Conflict of Interest in the Activities of Public Officials, but also the KNAB’s official website publishes an explanation of a conflict of interest. This could have been done by the Attorney General. But so far, he has still not responded to this call by the Saeima deputy, a former member of the Board of the Freeport of Ventspils. It is likely that this should be acknowledged by the Prosecutor General that my call to reverse the unlawful decision on criminal proceedings no. 16870000222, is justified and the Attorney General should act as « Prosecutor’s Office Law », the rule of law and social justice should be restored.

However, this is not the interests of the Attorney General Jur Stukan. At least criminal proceedings no. 16870000222 Definitely not! But anyway, Stucan has made a mistake. Lembergs is not the past. Either because of the disproportionately impressive pension of the public official A. Such a significant proportion of pension capital is made up of social contributions made by the Ventspils Development Agency for many years. The Attorney General knows this, but the restoration of social justice is ignored.

The fact that Lembergs is also not evidenced by the fact that Lembergs was re -elected to the Ventspils City Council a few days ago will continue to be a public official. This absurdity has been contributed by the Attorney General Juris Stukans, as he has personally admitted that criminal proceedings no. 16870000222 is unlawfully terminated. This has given some Ventspils voters the notion that Lembergs is still omnipotent, not the past. With the support of the Prosecutor General, the agonizing Lembergs autocratic Ventspils municipality regime is not disassembled, but by the Attorney General Stukan shamefully covered and supported.
