The tragic events that occurred on June 19, 2024 in Koszalin shocked its inhabitants. It was then that 19-year-old Mateusz B. decided to enforce a small debt from Kacper.
With the help of another friend, he lured a 15-year-old from home. They went to a secluded place, near ul. Leśna located on the city’s gates. The well -built Mateusz was extremely ruthless in his actions. First, Kacper beat his fists all over his body, and when he fell, he began to dig him.

When the victim stopped moving, Mateusz left as if nothing had been done with a teenager accompanying him. A cluttered boy He found a man walking there with the dog a few hours later. He called rescuers for help. Transported in a serious condition, the boy did not recover to the Koszalin hospital. He is still in the hospice. The police captured his executioner after three days.
When the trial of Mateusz B. started in mid -January, the court held his course due to the good of the victim. Journalists were allowed into the courtroom at the time of the verdict. Perhaps if a young man was reflecting and even called an ambulance, it would not end so tragically. Unfortunately, this did not happen. Mateusz did not show his victim. Now he has been treated strictly. He was sentenced to 25 years imprisonment and compensation to the Kacper family in the amount of 400,000. zloty.

The 20-year-old kept his cold expression when reading the sentence. Not a single muscle was twitched. It was only when he sat on the bench that he lowered his head low. After leaving the hearing hall, the representative of the Kacper family stated that the judgment of the court was fair. The defender of the accused had a completely different opinion, who stated that Mateusz B. during the trial he expressed repentance and regret for his actions. According to him, further decisions will be taken by his client after he receives a written justification for the judgment.
