Residents from the surrounding area have written a petition against the construction, objects to the process and ask the city to intervene and stop the project.
« It will be the fastest building in Košice, two years in two years will be wearing furniture, » said one of the protesters.

If the investor implements his plan, residents from the side flats talk about the collapse of transport. « One one -way street will not bear it all. Not to mention that they will see from the nearest block of flats to the kitchens of the new building. »
He sees a legislative hole

« The biggest surprise was that the city district gave consent to change the construction in December. However, the local council and the management of the city district were not pushed to give consent. The meeting with citizens took place more than four months later.
