Koprivnica gets a new urban music festival ‘Ritmodr’
On Saturday, May 3, the legendary Koprivnica Club of the ball re -opens its doors and becomes the epicenter of musical events, gathering some of the most interesting performers of the current Croatian scene. The first edition of the ritmodrome brings visitors top music and an unforgettable club atmosphere!
As part of this very special music evening, they perform – the Croatian Electro -Pop Diva Anna Moor. One of the most interesting songwriters of the domestic scene The Gentleman and Varaždin Alt-Rockeri Beverly Brooks. Will introduce herself and Ivan Grobenski with its excellent band, and Novel Orešnik and Jasmina Makota.
Musicians and bands that arrive at the first rhythmodrome bring an explosive blend of genres, ready to give the audience a raw concert energy to give the audience an intense musical experience.
Talented songwriter Anna Moor She has already won the hearts of the audience with her gentle, emotional and atmospheric Dreamy Electro-Pop sound. The album ‘Blue Airplanes’ brought her a nomination for the Porin Award in the Best Electronic Music Award category, confirming the status of one of the most interesting and supreme authors of the new generation. Her music is also recognized on the stage of electronic music – for the song ‘Omnia’ she won the Ambassador Award for Best Alternative Vocal Performance and the Elector Award nomination in the same category.
One of the most interesting songwriter votes of the domestic scene, The Gentlemanarrives at Ritmodr, where he will present himself in a new band’s lineup with selected songs from the album ‘Hide & Seek’ and ‘The Gentleman’ in brand new arrangements. The Thereman on the Ritmodrome brings its distinctive combination of intimacy, elegance and musical excellence. As a versatile musician, singer -songwriter and multi -instrumentalist, he released his debut album ‘The Gentleman’ in 2017.
He won four Rock & Off Nominations for ‘Hide & Seek’ from 2021, and the music critic Hrvoje Horvat from Vecernji List proclaimed him a domestic album of the year. The Gentleman does not play often and this is a unique opportunity to hear it live.
Ivan Grobenski It is a musician who is not afraid to risk, who is not trying to fit in, but chooses that harder, but a sincere way to the audience – through creative freedom, genre independence and authentic messages he brings in his songs. From the Noise-rock beginnings with the band Moskau, through the contemporary reinterpretation of Podravina traditional music (poor and Lazari), to the merger of various genres indie, soul, blues, hip-hop and electronics-Grobani tirelessly explores and moves boundaries.
His albums Apocalipstick and Kink brought him praise for criticism, Rock & Off and Porin nominations, and is also recognized at the European level-included at the IMPAL-in List 100 YouTube artists to Watch. His single Houdini was nominated for the best alternative performance of the year at this year’s Elector journalistic award. Ivan Grobenski arrives on Ritmodr with his excellent band in the manner of the recently published ‘Electral Session’, which was recorded live at the ball club.

Beverly Brooks create music with unconstitutioned styles that extends from rock, blues, soul, jazz, American, indie to pop and alternative music. On the ritmodrodom, the whole band’s lineup will be presented.
Jasmina Makotathe singer -songwriter and singer, arrives at Ritmodr in her first solo performance in Croatia after a long time. At the beginning of the year, she released her debut album Green, an intimate and strong collection of songs in which Soul and R’n’b intertwined with electronics, bringing a sound that is modern, emotional and very original. Jasmina stands out with a strong and convincing vocal, and her singing style leaves no one indifferent.

Novel Orešniksongwriter, guitarist, bass player and vocalist born from Križevci, she started her music career as a teenager with Bend Buba, with whom she recorded her first album and performed throughout Croatia and Europe. Over the years, the novel has developed its musical expression through various genres, including blues, rock, American folk, acoustic music and jazz. Many also know her as a permanent member of the Stampedo and Corto band. The audience and criticism often compare it to music icons such as édith Piaf and Zaz, thanks to its expressive vocals and emotional performance that easily reaches the heart of the listener.
