– Around 9.30 a tragic event took place. We got a report about a fall from a high amount of a woman with a child. They are both dead – says « Fakt » young asp. Sylwia Król from the police in Konin. It is not confirmed by the age of victims yet, but local media inform about a young woman and a baby of several months.

According to InfoKonin.pl, a young woman holding her child a few months old from the ninth floor of the block. Emergency services immediately appeared on the spot – two ambulances, police and fire brigade. The website states that despite the resuscitation action taken, the life of a woman and a child could not be saved.
The police under the supervision of the prosecutor’s office conduct explanatory activities. The prosecutor appeared at the site of the tragedy. The area was secured, witnesses are questioned. It is not yet known what exactly happened. It could have been an unfortunate accident, a woman’s suicide, like a criminal event. – We are investigating. The circumstances will be explained.
