Factors that led to changes in heat prices

Summer is preparing for a new heating season

At the end of the heating season, the work does not stop – Klaipėdos Energija will continue to supply the heat for hot water to prepare hot water for Klaipeda and Gargždai consumers.

Disadvantages occur during heat supply, so hydraulic tests are performed at the end of the heating season. They identify and remove corrosion caused by piping defects and cracks.

Hydraulic tests in Klaipeda city will be carried out in 6 stages and in Gargždai 2 stages. Consumers will be informed of the temporary interruption of hot water supply in advance.

There will also be repairs to facilities and biofuel boilers, inspection of measuring devices and all scheduled maintenance and repair. All this is done to ensure reliable supply of heat energy to consumers before the start of the new heating season.
