Officials of the Financial Crime Investigation Service conducted a pre -trial investigation into the duties of doctor G. Dobranskienė.

Then the Klaipėda Territorial Patient Fund suspended the process for damage to the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund (PSDF) and did not go to court in civil procedure until the final judgment in this criminal case was made.

The situation is paradoxical

On January 2 this year, Klaipeda District Court Klaipėda Palace issued a criminal order in the criminal case. It is found guilty by doctor G. Dobranskienė.

The court document reads: « The actions of the doctor Gražina Dobranskienė and the misconduct of the PSDF budget and the Republic of Lithuania were caused by significant property damage of EUR 139,405.36 for the law of the PSDF and the Republic of Lithuania. »

G. Dobranskiene herself failed to ask G. Dobranskienė. Her son, Andrius Dobranskis, a member of the Klaipeda Council, stated that he would not give his mother’s phone number.

Doctor G. Dobranskiene seems to be no longer working, her telephone number is officially not published, so her position could not be heard in this case.

The arrest will not wait

With no other option, the head of the outpatient clinic turned to the city manager asking for a way out of an enviable situation.

« It is clear that we will not leave the outpatient clinic. If the institution has the funds, it will have to pay and later recover this amount from the guilty persons.
