Independent MPs have much less time for speeches, they are limited in the number of current questions they can ask, cannot initiate a no-confidence vote and seek support from others when their votes are not reached. MPs from the sword also lose their places in the committees, and Radostin Vasilev as their deputy chairman of the 51st National Assembly.
