Kia rapidly expands the range of electric models, with the new EV2
Companies are well aware that small electric cars are the ones that are most popular in their audience. And they will continue to invest as buyers prefer small electric cars that have good autonomy for urban and intercity travel. The new Kia rapidly expands the range of electric models, with the new EV2, the small electric crossover which will make its debut in 2026 mainly targeting the European market, and in particular the accessible range of B-SUV electrics.
At the moment the brand gave a predicate from the Kia Concept EV2 which essentially reveals a new SUV EV as the newest addition to the Kia EV family. Like EV4, it underlines Kia’s attempt to make EV more affordable with features that go beyond their category, offering innovative experiences.

OR Kia did not currently give some technical specifications of EV2, However, it is not excluded that it has 204 hp and the smaller 58.3 kWh battery (the EV3 is also offered with 81.4 kWh). Clearly, the brand’s goal is for the new model not to exceed 20,000-22,000 euros. At present the design of the brand is to launch in 2026.
