Katya Antonova has been awarded with two awards for children’s literature
Writer Katya Antonova, known for the hit series for Children’s « Sugar Fairy », has been honored with
Two awards, Ribka Publishing House reported.
She won first place in the 13th edition of the Biserche Magic Awards in the most contested category « Researchers » for literature for children aged 8 to 10 years with the sixth part of the series-« Two Difficult Flowers and One Feyad ». The prize is awarded after a vote of 3289 children from all over Bulgaria who choose their favorite title from native and foreign nominations.
Antonova was also awarded the National Award for Children’s Literature « Konstantin Konstantinov » in the category « Author ». Its distinction was awarded during the 27th edition of the National Children’s Book Festival in Sliven.
