Just by supporting people of work, we fulfill the European dream

Luca’s words: « Work makes us better people, makes us more beautiful life, increases well -being and increases our health », are not just an electoral rhetoric. They represent a philosophy of life identified with the Elbasan citizen – rooted in the morality of work, in the dedication to build with their own hands, in the pride that comes from production and contribution. In this context, Elbasan is presented not as a city that expects help, but as an active space, seeking to grow through its effort and institutional support.

This approach has a cultural and ethical dimension – reinforcing the idea that working people are honest people, and where there is work, there is more sincerity and solidarity, even in politics.
In Luca’s meetings with local businesses, it is emphasized that the policy of the future should be what helps and empowers the manufacturer, what it hires, what generates sustainable well -being. It is not enough to talk about work – concrete conditions for work must be created, including:
– Facilitating administrative and fiscal procedures
– Creating a sustainable economic and legal environment
– Promoting sustainable and dignified employment
He sees the employer as a state partner, not as a simply taxed entity. This is a European approach, and it is there that comes the other strong element of this communication: the European dream.
Luca says that « the EU is not only the political challenge of the SP, but the imperative of all solutions remains. » In this sense, he does not see integration as an abstract desire, but as a concrete change mechanism, which guarantees:
– More jobs
– More income for citizens
– easier procedure for businesses
– More security and institutional justice
Europe, therefore, is not just a political horizon, but a platform of economic and social development. European integration, in its discourse, is not a bonus for elites – but a tool for the daily life of the worker citizen.
This call is more than a numerical suggestion on the ballot. It is an invitation to choose a vision, to support an approach where politics is not separated from its daily reality, but its maid. Number 5 is transformed into a symbol of a clearly articulated hope: for an Elbasan who believes in work, justice, sustainable development, and western orientation.
Gjergj Luca, with this statement, shapes a message that resonates with the citizen seeking honest work and honest institutions. He does not see the EU as an external salvation, but as a partnership that is built from within, by citizens working and by the policies that help them. In this spirit, Elbasan represents the microcosm of Albania that works to be Europe, not only geographically, but also in values and structures.
