The court found the man guilty of violating two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: Part 6 of Art. 152 (sexual abuse against a minor) and Part 4 of Art. 153 (rape of a minor). He was assigned a life imprisonment.
In addition, information about it was decided to include in the Unified Register of persons convicted of crimes against sexual freedom and sexual integrity of a minor (the so -called « Pedophile Register »).
