Judge in Vlad Pascu’s file escapes the sanction

On October 11, 2023, the prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Mangalia District Court announced that the defendant Vlad Pascu, from Bucharest, was sent to court, in a state of preventive arrest, for committing the offenses of guilty, bodily injury, driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
