Judge dedicates the Trump government to retrieve unjustified man from El Salvador
A federal court stipulated on Friday that the Trump government must recall an unjustified man, reports AP news agency. The man, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, lived legally with his family in the United States and had a work permit, but was turned off to his native country last month.
The government acknowledged Tuesday that the expulsion of Kilmar Abrego Garcia was a mistake, but suggested that he could not get him back. There would be no legal authority for that because he is no longer on American territory. The judge dismisses that argument and wants Abrego Garcia to be reduced before 7 April.
Abrego Garcia lived with his wife and 5-year-old son in the state of Maryland. He was arrested by the immigration service on 12 March because he would be a member of the MS-13 gang. No evidence was provided for this. Last month, 238 migrants were transferred to El Salvador, according to the American immigration service, Abrego Garcia was « accidentally » on one of those three flights.
Extended migrants, including Abrego Garcia, are held in El Salvador in the Terrorism Confinement Centera so -called ‘mega prison’ that is known as Cecot.
