JSK Passo successfully implements Erasmus+ sports project with German partner / day
In addition, it was a great pleasure for the project to be approved because the competition was very high – the projects were ranked according to the number of points obtained, regardless of the state’s representation. This was followed by the document preparation process for the contract, which was complicated – all partners had to submit various certificates and documents. The original German partner refused to do so, but thanks to the perseverance and success of the JSK Passo members, the project agreed to join the well -known high -end club coach Dirk Ahlmann.
The project consisted of mobility sessions – both Latvian sports clubs went to Germany, while Dirk Ahlmann visited Latvia. During the exchange of this experience, participants gained valuable knowledge and unforgettable impressions.
Project participant Laura Louise Leinerte from JSK Passo (Ropazi Municipality): It is a great pleasure to have such a project that had the opportunity to train at an outstanding clor coach Dirk Ahlmanna, get into a high -level sports environment and gain invaluable experience. We managed to get acquainted with Germany’s largest cities, such as Hamburg, Berlin and Cologne, learn German and make friends with German youth and riders from other countries. Such projects are very valuable for young people as they extend their horizons, allow you to get into a foreign environment and understand their opportunities and goals to strive for. Many thanks to Dirk’s family – Pheline and Hannes, who welcomed us in their stable and environment.
Project participant Magdalena Pildere from JSK SAGGALNI (Kuldīga Municipality): It was the first time I’ve been training in Germany with my horse for so long. I also had the opportunity to train and also train with Dirk Ahlmanna’s horses, learn how to train them and start in local competitions. It was an invaluable experience. I also managed to get to know the German environment and everyday life, which was very interesting. It is very good that there are such projects and opportunities for young people.
Project participant Pheline AhlmAnn (Germany): Until the young people of Latvia did not speak to us and left for the first session of mobility, we did not know that such Erasmus+ sports projects exist and what they provide. I understand that it was not easy to develop it and needed many documents, but the result was very positive, otherwise we would not have met. Dirk first visited Latvia and he really liked Riga. He met a lot of motivated young people who want to train and learn new knowledge of riders’ sports and opportunities. We are happy to be the participants of this project.
The project ended in February this year and lasted for a total of two years. You can find out more about the project on the website Latgereq.com.
