Among the desserts, we could taste the dish of Pavlova, which is made with rebellion and the popular Italian dessert Zabaione. The cavalcade of flavors was impressive, but it is not yet known whether Lopez really chooses it.

Getting ingredients does not seem like an easy task at first glance, but the Esztergom restaurant has a certain point.
– We have our own garden nearby where we grow vegetables and fruits. In addition to our Hungarian partners, we get their goods from the French market, and we also have to order something from Japan, but it also reaches it in two days. We like to reach for classics, but we try to make a little twist always into it, ”the chef smiled.
Levente said while inventing the two dishes, he liked to spend his time in the kitchen since childhood, his mother, grandmother and great -grandmother, and then it turned out to be able to steer his career in that direction.
« I don’t say of course I had a dream to cook for world starsbut we feel like a great opportunity – said Levente Koppány. – If we do well enough, I think we will receive similar requests in the future.
