Jared Leto Accused of Sexual Crimes

Actor and musician Jared Leto, who participated in films such as ‘Suicide Squad’ and ‘Casa Gucci’ and joined the band Thirty Seconds to Mars, is being charged with nine women of inappropriate sexual behavior, including minors interactions.

The allegations were revealed in an extensive article published on Saturday by the American magazine Air Mail, based on direct testimonies from the alleged victims. According to the publication, these episodes will have occurred over several years and some of the women say they were only 16 when they met the actor.

One of them said that the artist asked him for the phone number after meeting in a cafe in Los Angeles. Days later, he claims, he began to receive calls at high hours at dawn, with conversations of sexual content.

Model Laura La Rue stated that she met Leto in 2008, at the age of 16, and was invited to the actor’s house, where she would have appeared naked before her.

Another woman states that at 18, the musician masturbated in her presence and forced her to touch her.

DJ and music producer Allie Teilz shared on social networks that she was assaulted by Leto at 17, describing the actor’s behavior as “predatory and terrifying”.

Jared Leto’s spokesman denied any improper conduct. The artist has not yet spoken.
