Janev for the trash that the Municipality of Cair spilled in front of the City of Skopje: Every illegal action will be processed under the jurisdiction of the police
Police officers act in accordance with the law. Any illegal effect that is in the scope and jurisdiction of the police will be processed, the director of the Public Security Bureau (BSB) Aleksandar Janev said today, answering a journalist question about yesterday’s case, when the mayor of Cairo with people from the municipality spilled garbage in front of the City of Skopje.
Regarding the allegations of illegal buildings in Cair, Janev noted that all allegations are being checked everywhere.
The director of the BSE also said that although the finger is only pointed at the police for many cases, it is not always the only competent to prevent some phenomena, to detect or take action.
-You know that in a certain city in Eastern Macedonia activities are being undertaken by local authorities by demolishing illegal buildings. We as police are working intensively, there are statistics and that statistics on illegal buildings can be publicly available. Every organizational unit within the MoI and in the past and now has appropriate submissions for illegal buildings. Is it enough, the public perception remains to say. Believe we are working but not just Police are the only authority in the country to take care of public security. There are other institutions, other inspectorates who need to do their job, we are all together – Janev emphasized.
Asked about the criminal actions that often come as an order from prisons, replied that they can only be prevented if officials there, in accordance with duty, act according to the rules, procedures and regulations. The state, Janev said, must not be with criminals.
-We will prevent these actions only if we have an honest, honest approach and with the motto that we do nothing. As negative phenomena should not happen, so do prison police colleagues should know clearly and loudly that certain unnecessary unnamed to imply many actions outside the streets. If we do not have corruption, none of the prisons will be able to manage. If the laws such as we try to rule the streets, then the problem cannot be switched from prison to the field, with the prisoners having a good alibi for the actions that take place on the ground. If you have ideas, desire and if you are persistent, no one can remain immune to the law -the director said.
He added that there could be a success if the police work together with the prosecution.
« One evidence to be provided against highly profiled criminal groups is very difficult, requires a lot of time, resources and energy, » Janev said, and reiterated that police were a segment of public security. All other stakeholders in the state also have the responsibility to obey the laws – he said.
