Cannes. Unlike other directors, who today determine the face of world cinematography, Jafar Panahi has an experience in prison. And not one.
For the first time, as a critic of the Iranian regime, he got to solitude. The hesitation forces him to find former fellow prisoners. Everyone is the same. They very much desire to kill the man, but since they have never seen him, they just heard, they are not sure whether an innocent man will die for their desire for revenge.
Jafar Panahi was convicted twice in his life. He was in a cell with three hundred prisoners for the second time.
