What is t’each’one?
T’Each’one is a new generation of educational space designed with the mission to make learning more meaningfully, closer to real life and more adapted to the digital world. This is where technology does not replace teachers, but complement them. Created by Telelink Business Services (Telelink Business Services), T’each’one is a specially designed environment where all countries in education have the opportunity to exchange experience, try new approaches and together to build ideas for the future.
The name t’each’one was not chosen by accident. It contains a message that goes beyond the game of words. Teach One (study and pass on) and Each One (each) reflect the basic philosophy of the project – that change begins with the personal commitment of each participant in the process.
What did you come up with the idea of founding t’each’one?
T’each’one is a natural continuation of an initiative that we have built in partnership with Microsoft Bulgaria. A few years ago, we created DreamSpace, an innovative educational center with a focus on Steam (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics), in order to support the development of skills and competences in students and teachers by involving them in solving real cases with technology. The idea of t’each’one did not suddenly emerge, it naturally grew up from our DreamSpace experience, and from the deep conviction that learning should change with the world around us.
What is the purpose of the project?
The purpose of T’Each’one is to be the place where students, teachers, principals and visionaries can learn, experiment and create together. The project is tasked with helping the transformation of education by linking pedagogy with new technologies and creating conditions for developing the key skills needed by modern man – creativity, critical thinking, teamwork and digital literacy.
How can it change the education system/society?
T’each’one can change the education system by introducing a more flexible and practical approach to learning, promoting cooperation, innovation and personal commitment. We believe that when technology is applied thoughtfully and in combination with good pedagogical practices, education can become more accessible, more attractive and related to the needs of modern society.
What is the best T’each’one development scenario?
In the long run, we see t’each’one as a national hub for educational innovation and a new generation environment for testing, adapting and implementing digital educational solutions in combination with new pedagogical approaches and models of cooperation. T’Each’one meets key priorities from Digital Education Action Plan 2021 – 2027, promoting the development of digital skills, effective use of school technologies and support of schools in the digital transformation process.
The initiative is directly related to the current recommendations to Bulgaria within the European semester 2024, which focus on the need for improving the quality of education. We believe that Bulgaria has the potential to create its own working models for education for the future to be shared and applied on a European scale.
