It’s worth late than ever!
We will only be an evolved society when we can protect everyone from the most horrible crime that exists, the one who is committed at home, who pursues to work and that kills without brakes in the middle of the street.
At the launch of the third petition with my group ‘for a fairer country’, I was able to see stories and requests for even more horrible help than they already knew. Safocated women inside homes after their attackers write them warning that their knives this time will not only be leaning against their neck and their daughters.
Authentic ‘violations’, committed in the blessed marriage and in Portuguese homes where sex is forced based on the extreme violence of erasing the other person’s identity, cutting their members, shaving their heads and eyebrows.
Death threats made under the use of children, for through them they will always know where they walk. ‘ And ready -made funerals, no money to realize them, neither for the mother, nor for their daughter, where they are needed ‘skulls or fundraising’ so that the financial disgrace caused by two homicides in the context of domestic violence can also be arranged.
If all this was not enough, lawyers are asked daily for questions, financial aid, houses and a lot of psychological support. I get an average of five help requests per day. Whether they are in the material form, of outburst or monetary of women still in reconstruction due to extremely serious cases caused by the scourge of domestic violence.
We need to go without maneuvers and make our proposals approve. There are two legislative changes to autonomize the crime of femicide, exactly the crime of hate of men against women, and domestic violence is punishable by more serious penalties so that the aggressor cannot benefit from the eternal suspended penalty.
Finally, also in the field of domestic violence, it is important to expressly consecrate the crime contest rule whenever aggression occurs before the children of the direct victim. Also each of them is then an autonomous victim of domestic violence, which also comprises psychic mistreatment, such as, for example, a brutal aggression from the child’s mother to the child herself.
