Almost every fifth employee feels stressed, and more than half of them indicate that it is due to their working life.

Women feel more often stressed than men, and stress affects more often younger than older people.

The status of the labor market also shows that six out of ten, who work until the retirement age, choose to continue to work, and there is no big difference between being unskilled, skilled or has a higher education.

« More and more seniors are choosing to continue working, even though they have passed the retirement age, and they are a crucial workforce in a lot of jobs. I have no doubt that it is related to the fact that we have made it more economically attractive to continue. for a long time compared to younger age groups, ”says Employment Minister Ane Halsboe-Jørgensen.
