On Tuesday, the court held a reconstruction in the case of the triple murder in Ixelles where a man killed his wife (40) and two children aged 13 and 1 years old.

The reconstruction took place in the house in the Johanalaan in Ixelles. José P. spent his wife and her two children on Saturday 16 November. The man then stated that he and his wife no longer saw it. They had closed a suicide pact, he then claimed.

« He remains with that statement and during the reconstruction it turned out that there are also objective elements in the file that agree with my client. The pills for the children have been administered by the woman, » says Samuel Rosenblatt, José P.’s lawyer P.

According to the lawyer, the couple decided to step out of life with the children after huge bullying of José P.’s brother “They no longer saw a way out. That brother had first fired José as an immominist in his office. And because of his bullying, the wife of José was also fired. A complaint is still running against the brother.”

Through his lawyer, the suspect previously claimed that his suicide failed, because he fell out of consciousness by taking calmers.
