What judgment do you make on this decision ?

This is an excuse not to spend the budget that was allocated. Of course, there are fraudulent companies that try to recruit craftsmen, trying to exploit the windfall of public aid. But they are often large companies outside the building world. And above all, it is enough to make the effort to lean on it: today there are digital tools which make it possible to control these phenomena much more effectively. But on the state side, the means have not been put. We see a real injustice there, because if we had to stop all the activities in which we find fraud, we would also suspend social security, unemployment insurance or public assistance everywhere else. However, we don’t do it. It is on the building that we type, and those who win are the cheaters.
