It did not go as planned at all

The video that documents what ended up being a disaster has since received over 10,000 likes and 585,900 views.

« When I first tried it myself, I thought there was no hope and that I would have to go back to completely dark hair again, » she told Newsweek.

« It seemed like a waste of time because it was so uneven and I didn’t think it would be possible to get the desired result. I went down to my local hairdresser with the cap pulled up and very embarrassed. »

She began the transformation at home by using a color remover to remove the black color she had used before. Then she applied bleaching on the left side of her hair, let it work for about 20 minutes and waited with the roots eventually.

But when she flushed it out, the result was not as hoped. Instead, her roots had become orange and the rest of her hair looked uneven and discolored.

« Of course, I knew it would be reddish, but then … it’s not terrible, » she said in the Tiktok video as she lifted her hair and showed the orange roots.

A few moments later she admitted the defeat: « Oh God, it’s terrible. »

She then tried to correct the error herself by adding more bleaching – this time to brighten the roots further. But the hair remained orange, even though the roots began to develop in the direction of the platinum blonde look she was looking for.

Tiller explained that the inspiration for the two -color hair came from the fact that she could not decide whether she would be dark -haired or light -haired.
